RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

**Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns and exchanges until further notice**

Once the pandemic is over, we will accept returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNWORN with TAGS ATTACHED and in the same condition that you received it. Also for some items that apply an hygiene seal remaining in place.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

*Digital products are final sales.  They are non-returnable & we do not offer any money-back.*

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

*White Clothes
~To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and /or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we will NOT OFFER ANY REFUND. A CREDIT TO THE STORE will be issued under the name of the customer. At the moment of the exchange or credit use, the item must be the same price or above.


SALE AND/OR CLEARANCE

Items marked as sale or clearance are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for returns. 

COUPON CODES AND / OR SHIPPING METHOD AT CHECKOUT

The customer is responsible to apply the coupon code at checkout. We will not make any refund.
